These tasty little guys were actually made for my grandma's birthday, but they felt even more relevant to Valentine's day. Heart-shaped mini lemon coconut cakes. They were so good! I would normally supply a recipe and cookie instructions, but I feel that even though they were good, they could have been mastered with an even better recipe. Use your favorite lemon cake recipe and frosting and one of these cute heart cake pans, and you're set!
