Do you all ever have periods of time where there's tons of things you wish you could buy, while others there's honestly nothing that's truly been catching your eye enough to "need" it? Recently, I've been identifying more with the latter. That doesn't mean there aren't a few very cute things that I wouldn't mind having. Also, with the fact that I still use my very first 2gb ipod nano, an ipod touch would be all sorts of useful!

It is bizarre that this dress has not made it onto the blog yet. Dave got it for me for Christmas and I love it and have been wearing the crap out of it, for lack of a better phrase. The cut outs and mesh inserts really make the dress interesting while keeping a classic silhouette.

I feel out of my element with my hair pulled back like this. It's normally somewhat in my face. I was a bit lazy and had a pretty headband to put to use, so there it is. And while we are on the top of hair, I feel a new haircut will do me good some time very soon!

Do any of you feel a bit "off" when changing your look up a bit?

Oh, boots, I love you so

The only thing better than receiving a much anticipated package in the mail is finding something in that package that you love even more than your expectations had allowed. These ASOS Aggie ankle boots looked fantastic in my shopping cart and feel and look even better on my feet, hence why I am wearing them this instant. 

Unfortunate truth: I have made myself cut back on my online shopping habits. (Browsing and pining still permitted though!) These were definitely worth my one purchase of the month!
